Combining her love of nature, whimsical
forms and artistic style, artist Katie Naber works in various mediums
to produce unique and quirky artwork. As an artist local to the West
Chester, PA and Phoenixville, PA area, Katie received her BFA from
West Chester University. Working with 3-Dimensional art mediums is
her focus, including clay and plaster. Balance is a recurring theme
within her artwork- creating simple ceramic and plaster forms that
are augmented and transformed into harmonious vessels and sculptures.
Katie takes on various new areas of art
as an adventure, including woodworking, print-making and soldering.
Now working as an Art Curator in Phoenixville, PA, Katie is
developing an industrial, multi-use building into a gallery space to
promote local artists. She is passionate about her travels around
the world including Nepal, Greece and Egypt.
